I have been doing CrossFit for about 5 years now and got hooked after my first day. My favorite movement is between the Snatch and the Muscle Up. My favorite thing about CrossFit is the community and the people that you meet. A CrossFit gym can really turn into a second family. My goal as a coach is to help you gain confidence in yourself, aid you in pushing yourself further than you thought you could go, and to help you be prepared for whatever life may throw your way.
